などのバランスの取れたスムーズな口当たりの
イギリス産スパイスドラム酒
“セイラー・ジェリー“をベースに
ピニャコラーダの材料である
フレッシュパイナップル、ココナッツミルクと
エスプレッソをブレンドし、アンゴスチュラビターズで
少し苦味を加え
仕上げにシナモンスティックを削り、
香りを付けたカクテルです。
名前の通り、エスプレッソとピニャコラーダ、
それから、セイラージェリースパイスドラムの香りが
綺麗に調和されて、カフェラテ感覚で味わえます。
最初はピニャコラーダの甘さに、後味でエスプレッソの

A cocktail based on “Sailor Jerry”, a British spiced rum with a smooth and well-balanced taste of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and almond.
Fresh pineapple, coconut milk and ingredients for pina colada
This cocktail’s made by blending espresso, adding a little bitterness with Angostura bitters, and finishing with cinnamon powder.
As the name suggests, the aromas of espresso, pina colada, and Sailor Jerry spiced drum are harmonized beautifully, making it taste like a cafe latte.
At first you can feel the sweetness of a pina colada, and in the aftertaste you can taste the flavor and bitterness of espresso, making it a perfect companion to a cigar.
