【フランス産ラム酒】
・プランテーション オリジナル ダーク ラム…
ややスモーキーな香りと、
バナナや柑橘類の風味が特徴的。
ジャマイカとトリニダードの２つの国で、
それぞれ3年間熟成したラム酒をブレンド。
その後、フランスのコニャック樽にて6ヶ月の熟成を
重ねて出来上がったラム酒です。
【ベネズエラ産ラム酒】
・ディプロマティコレセルバ12年…
黒糖、バニラ、オレンジピール、メープルシロップの甘い
クリーミーな風味に、熟成感の濃くある味も
程よく調和されている味わい。
オーク樽にて12年熟成したラム酒。
【フィリピン産ラム酒】
・ドンパパ7年…
バニラとオレンジの柑橘系の風味で、蜂蜜や砂糖漬けの
フルーツの後味が特徴的。
7年間アメリカンオーク樽にて熟成されています。
ライトでフルーティーな香り、味の余韻も長く繊細な
口当たりです。

ドライフルーツや、シナモンの香りで
75%のカカオチョコレートの味をイメージして作られたラム。
甘味、酸味、苦味の３種類の味が同時に味わえます。
バーボン樽とシェリー樽の両方で8年熟成したラム酒を
ブレンドしたボトルになっています。
